Sure, if you just want to make a client that shows a bunch of unrelated DVMs and forces people to search for the thing they need.
On Amethyst, for instance, a translation DVM needs a button in each post to be call it. A summary of the day DVM needs a page of the app with maybe an item in the left menu. A give me new follows DVM is also a custom action that might be a button when the feed is empty.
Those buttons only run those specific DVM types. There is no one-stop shop for DVMs on Amethyst.
