left is just kinda meh.

I'd recommend reducing the width of the title so you have more horizontal magin on the sides of the "ROUGH CUT"

In other words, reduce the font size of the "ROUGH-CUT" part (also recoomend using a hyphen, since rough-cut is a compound adjective). That would also make the "Tallow" stand out more. Alternatively, you could use a smaller font for the full product name, if different font sizes doesn't end up looking good.

Rough-cut sounds cooler too, aa it's literally got a cool rough cut on it.
