I suppose someone would have had to tell Johnson that launching a Special Boat Service raid on a Dutch vaccine lab would give the Netherlands every reason to trigger NATO Article 5 and the EU’s solidarity mechanism leading to potential nuclear strikes on Downing Street by both the US *and* France. 🙄
