On February 21, 2023, the then-conservative majority of the #Wisconsin Supreme Court voted *against* allowing state lawyers to take a new category of continuing legal education credits on "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access." #DEI
The majority released its opinions on this matter this week, in which Ben Shapiro is favourably quoted in a concurrence.
The court has shifted liberal since this decision was made. But it still binds.
