You understand the main purpose of CLTV differences is meant for sufficient time to redeem HTLCs on chain and have that reflect back to previous hops in the path, right?
You're taking that necessary functionality for LN to work and utilizing it for your own purposes with no regards to others. If your intention was to channel jam nodes on the network, congrats, you've accomplished that.
