Yup the symbol is a big issue. It's somewhat eye-rolling to roll it out to small retail without a generally accepted unicode symbol. And you just know there won't be agreement on one for years and years, if ever.
I also suspect that many Sats advocates here will be a little bummed out 20 years from now when they see just how much the Sats brand has eclipsed the Bitcoin brand for the kids.
