Overheard at -#Parkrun “If you need headphones, if you need music to run, you’re not really a runner”. Sigh. Some people are just like that, I guess. It’s about having a go, you berk. How you run (or walk) is up to you. (For the record they were getting into a car, so I couldn’t challenge them on this).
