• PencilKit v3 includes a Fountain Pen
• UIFeedbackGenerator has a bunch of new haptic APIs to trigger the Pencil motor based on location onscreen
• UIHoverGestureRecognizer/UITouch have properties for pencil roll angle
• Two new actions for the Pencil click: UIPencilPreferredActionShowContextualPalette and UIPencilPreferredActionRunSystemShortcut
