Not really the best person to advise you, but I'll throw my coin in the fountain and make my wish...
I rarely interact with people as I am a person who doesn't need interaction. Most people are courteous when I pass comment in direct response to something they've said and I get a response in whatever form.
When I post for myself (without hashtags. flags or bunting) I generally get ignored. But meh to that... it really doesn't matter.
