But I am not entirely sure how that would work, since didn’t Twitter lose money even pre-Musk? Or was that mostly fancy accounting to keep the tax man at bay? If it could work, it would also benefit users because, even if you don’t pay anything, the content you generate could get you paid based on the ad revenue the co-op generates.
