it doesn't imo belong there. blossom i assume has a different url, at best, adding it to supported nips is a hack to (i assume) support some relay implementation that embeds blossom at the same url as the relay.
what if its at a different url? different port?
maybe it would make more sense if it was a blossom-endpoint field in nip11, but not just blossom yes/no. may as well make each relay implementation a nip.
