We all have to start somewhere. I've been down that path. Before and shortly after meeting my husband, I was in and out therapy. Even today I have my struggles. My husband is literally the only reason I'm alive or haven't gone down a self-destructive path. Still he has to be patient with me. Because I'll get down on myself really hard.
