After one week without coffee, following more than a decade of habitual daily consumption, I’m starting to think that it is an entirely unnecessary indulgence.
Something one simply picks up from the pressures to fit into the mold of society, similar to other habits we pick up through our years.
Quite possibly one more habit that I can permanently eliminate.
How do others think about this? When was the last time you took a break from coffee/ caffeine?
