"content": "Just thinking about this again this morning and especially this part…\n\nGonna try and read through the Aslice mechanics, but it’s crazy work if DJ’s are buying the music, then playing it, paying PROs for licensing to play it, then paying the artists/producers separately for playing it, then paying the platforms that they’ve played the music on for playing it. With the lions share of money going to 🥁…LABELS! 😬\n\nImo the DJ is helping the artist more than the labels or the platforms, as they’ve already paid (although small on the licensing side) to OWN and play the artists music.
