I recently finished
reading "The Oxygen Advantage", recommended by @ZabAkbar on X.
I already had a BOLT score of 40+ plus stopped mouth breathing during my teens. I'm now 28.
Still, I have taken immense value and started applying everything the moment I learnt it.
I already see benefits that I thought I would not see as top BOLT score.
I say is the best book on health I have read. Easy, to the point, packed with advice, and fun.
