My dearest UK followers and fediversians.
Can someone explain to me the persistent reluctance from the UK of saying anything at all in defence of Canada?
I think Canadians appreciate the King’s subtle gestures, but as strong and independent as we are, we would also appreciate some more forceful pushback to Trump from our centuries old friends and allies, and particularly our former colonial master with and for whom we have had spilled much blood.
Or should we internalize this not so subtle refusal and truly strike our own path?
