As the sun begins to set at the end of another day, mostly clear, brilliant blue sky, clouds starting to build accompanied by a lazy, cold south west breeze. Pot belly charged with wood, night's supply by the front door, dinner of fish and chips cooking in ajr fryer/convection oven (love it). Tomorrow plan on cooking my Thai coconut vegetable soup with rice noodles, which will last me several days.
