1. Who is the supplier of the best #olives 🫒 in the UK?
2. Who is the best supplier of the best #oliveoil 🫒 in the UK?
By "best" I mean 1. recently harvested, 2. no additives, blending or harsh processes, 3. optimal nutritional value, 4. properly stored (blocked light, minimal metal), 5. oil moderately filtered (unfiltered residue accelerates degradation).
I did find one #foodie company that alerts you every winter just after the harvest so you can place your orders.
