The FBI has responded to the Higgins Report which claims the FBI has acted in a way which has obstructed other investigative bodies from doing an independent analysis of what happened the day of the Trump assassination attempt.
The FBIs response amounted to a blanket rejection of Higgins characterization, without addressing any of the specific points that he raised, insisting the FBI has "followed normal procedures in the handling of the crime scene and evidence."
