if Customer Support sucks

It is truly the main RULE of every Buyer.
So...
I was stupid & did not check
now I escovered that #Motorola does not have a real Costumer Service
I will not buy Motorola again
and I will advise my friends Not to buy their product.
Maybe with time Company will Learn.
