Hopefully they release a second beta release soon, there's been a ton of stuff that was merged since the first beta. I've been following the commits page & it's very interesting to see what has been fixed.
One major thing they still need to work on is fixing the Mastodon API so that it renders posts correctly in Mastodon apps, hopefully we'll see that fix soon...
