I'm bigender, for example. My body and my looks are male. I won't transition into a more androgynous body and I willingly avoid being seen as a woman irl because of such oppression that they receive. Doesn't make me any less transgender nor any less valid
As for procedures, they exist to a degree, but not much effective. Getting a good tan is can be wtx transrace treatment, and Micheal Jackson is proof that btw is very much possible
We shouldn't judge identities on oppression, that's ridiculous
