Did you know that tax credits for political donations in Canada are quite generous?
If you donate to a registered political party by Dec 31, you will be credited: (refundable in ON!)
▪ 75% on the first $486.62
▪ 50% on the portion of your donation between $486.62 and $1,622.08
▪ 33.33% on the portion between $1,622.08 and $3,690.42
I find it weird, but useful!!
