Like most things, very simple (for 1 person):
* Get a good large quality potatoe from the marche a Apt (Saturdays)
* Get some good garlic from there, too. You'll need four cloves
* Ger some great mediteranean Olive oil (Italian/Greek/French)
* boil potatoes in water whole, until 50% done (inside still hard)
* take it out of water, cut in slices and if you want remove skin
* heat up olive oil, add garlic salt pepper and rosmary (also from provence!)
