I don't know what happened, but every time there was a knockback effect in #ffxiv I went absolutely flying, and party members saw me as being very far from the AoE markers. I tried running a speed test, and for some reason I was getting upload pings of over a full second.
Rebooted my router and modem, and the ping went down by two orders of magnitude. Hopefully that will allow me to actually run combat again.
