Nostr is “struggling” because it doesn’t have a CEO basically, and it’s kind of directionless.
Catering to an audience is the “right” step in marketing but not for a global audience.
We should competently solve some problem first.
IMO, Nostr solves the creators problem first: own your audience, monetise, and a second order effect is better content.
But like they say here, opinions are like assholes everyone has one.
