I need some legal advice fam. I've started entertaining the idea that we might want to buy a house in the coming years. I tried the usual websites ( MagicBricks, 99acres, nobroker etc).... And they're flat out terrible. I wonder if we can take action against these sites, because they're clearly engaging in false advertising- I don't think that the apartments that I showed interest in are actually up for sale at all. This is just a front to sell our data. Have received so many spam calls.
