Confused by what the heck is going on in the House today?
Katie Tur just reported that Speaker Mike Johnson cancelled all remaining votes & recessed Congress early until next week after being defied by some Rs rejecting his proposed anti-remote/proxy voting bill.
Probably to give himself plenty of time to wrangle some heavy hitters into strong arming &/or punishing the non-compliant.
