For those who aren't keeping up with local stable diffusion:
the only local model that's maybe 1/5th as good as NAI V3 was made by an incompetent ​ponyfaggot who's obsessed with ethics and copyright. That obsession made him prune most character tags (especially 2hus and chuubas due to some personal beef with the touhou ai dickscord) and more importantly artist tags. Some slipped through the cracks (4cucks very conveniently compiled a list of them and the guy immediately went "oh thanks for the list they'll get removed in the next version") but then people found out that by using seemingly random 3+ letters tokens you can get some characters and artists back even though they were supposedly cut out. Ponyfaggot's been stuck in damage control mode ever since and he began to spout hollyjew-level technobabble (none of it even remotely accurate) AND "uhm akshully that character is very generic" as a cope. So basically nothing was cut out and he just hid shit in random tokens so that he could still prompt it himself.
