From a pure energy standpoint it makes sense. My all time fav is thinly slicing spuds into "thick crisps" and airfrying with two squirts of oil, some salt, and pepper after soaking for 10 mins. My adventures in Spanish omelettes and bread need some work but are promising.
I like that I can set the two baskets up, with different settings, and have both sync to the same end time. Not to mention forgetting leaving the oven on mistakes!
