Your weather sounds just like ours here in the UK. I'm hopeful for the tomatoes but the aubergines are not growing at all. As for my last ditch attempt at sweet potatoes a lot of effort for no return I think. Still have plenty of stuff growing and there is time yet for an upturn in the weather. I don't need to plan for winter crops as past experience tells me that the only things to be fed will be the slugs and the pigeons.
