Repubs take a special pride in finding something that is already illegal--like citizens of oh, let's say citizens of the Gambia--flying in to vote in US elections, and then proposing legislation to make this illegal voting--illegal!
Can something illegal be made doubly illegal? Are there degrees of illegality?
No, I suspect that this is another example of why the Repubs are such goddam failures at governing. "Hey--let's dig a hole in this hole!" they shout, excited and happy. Aargh.
