Forget about asking randos for feedback or asking people's opinions online: Playtesting is all anyone needs. Just sit there watching them play for a bit and EVERYTHING comes out. All the bad bits, everything you missed... maybe some good too?!.. it all comes out if you're watching someone else play it. 100% agrre - I always have to resist the urge to help so I don't end up with tainted info.
