In psychology we often talk about prosocial behaviors, and try to measure some version of this sometimes in a research study, eg with children sharing toys, people choosing to donate to charity, or other operationalizations.
I'm really curious, what do you think might be good operationalizations for "prosocial behavior" specifically for software developers around code work? Are there small actions you see someone take that make you think "oh that was generous"? Big and small examples welcome!!
