Does it make a difference what time of day you take it? If you take it at night, for instance, is the worst of the fatigue during the night? Or is it all the time anyway?
I've also been told (by pharmacists) that the fatigue adverse effect gradually wears off after 2-3 weeks... so fingers crossed for you.
