I'm scratching my head...
So #Trump is disqualified from running for office under Sec 3 of the #14thAmendment. The question is: who enforces that? Red States won't, so he won't lose those electoral votes. In Blue states who don't put him on their ballots, the point is moot, since he wouldn't get their electoral votes anyway.
So, basically: NOTHING CHANGES
Am I missing something?
