The worst of it was that it happened in the middle of a major family crisis that started a month ago. I’ve been able to start dealing with it again the last couple of days. I have an appointment to bring it in for service tomorrow, at an Apple approved service centre. Thank goodness it’s still covered under a three year Apple Service contract. I’m sure they will have to send it to back Apple and it’s going to take weeks to get back.
