I honestly believe that when I don't feel well, my anxiety does the "thinking" for me. It has me acting in either fear or panic.
What you said about the service provider makes sense.
Ultimately, I have to plan better as well.
I just want to understand things better because, if ima gonna be responsible to "be my own bank", I feel education on the HOW TOs is primordial.
It really is a huge need.
