I am introducing some new criteria here, as so far the ones I was using were unclear.
So from now on:
Category 1️⃣😃
All infra in place to run trains to UK already
Category 2️⃣🙂
Only minor changes to buildings or existing platforms would be needed to make it work, and where to build a terminal is either present or obvious
