it's really unfortunate to simultaneously mention "the Fed" and "George Soros" in the same sentence, considering the interlinked conspiracy theories involving both.
I haven't seen any evidence Soros is uniquely skilled, which is ironically less then even the Rothschilds (the group accused of manipulating stock markets and creating "the Fed") have been accused of.
