Well...damn, I'm sore from the yard work yesterday and I'm so tired of being sore all the time..oh, well...I guess that comes with being old...slept okay last night and didn't get out of bed til 6:34 and I'm having a hard time getting moving...need to get on the bike right now at 7:15 to get rides in before it rains around 10 or so but I think I'll still need to do one indoor ride today...okay, so it won't be til 7:30...need another cup of coffee first...good morning!
