Yeah, I saw Peter O'Rourke's article today which is where I *think* that figure came from (it's only his "view" btw, and Football Insider are notoriously unreliable - need to listen to the podcast where he discussed it). I'd add to that: Ben Jacobs has reported the clubs are £15m apart in their valuation of Neto, with Wolves holding out for £60m. That's why I keep saying Neto's an exciting rumour, but only if the price is right because I can't see us going anywhere near £60.
