I assume you already searched for 3rd party replacement boards.
I have similar issues with an old pellet stove. The thing is built like a tank, except the (analog) control board experiences too much vibration and heat and eventually fails. After fixing mine several times I bought one from a guy who rebuilds them completely and it was still working the last time I used the stove (last year).
But I also looked into replacing it with an arduino. Would have been cheaper!
