The rare happening is probably a scheduled false flag rather than uprising. Predictable. Easily avoided. Nothing to (most) poeple who can't afford to go out much anyways. The cheap hedge more often than not is moving before a state gets too dangerous rather than stockpiling ammo past normal 1v5 niggers home defense levels.
