Has anyone come across any analysis that assesses the situation of bitcoin during a blackout like the one in Spain and Portugal?
How did the mobile internet work? Did operators provide data or did they save diesel aggregate capacity just for mobile calls?
Fixed internet? I assume it didn't work because most infrastructure doesn't have backup power. So home bitcoin nodes were unusable because they didn't have access to bitcoin blockchain?
Mobile wallets also unusable? Bitcoin payments therefore impossible? Cash is the King?
