i didn't undercook this salmon, did i?
i know for a fact every surface on this thing is burnt and i kept it at a consistent medium heat to make sure it didn't burn and cooked roughly evenly the entire time, until the near end where i jacked up the heat just slightly until which it started to smoke and burn
it's clearly orange on the exterior, a little pink inside, smells cooked, everything looks fine...
