I'd been thinking about like anti-trust laws, discrimination laws, or even the ADA for physical buildings. Ultimately, enforcement requires either a lawsuit or DOJ action, and is subject to court interpretation.

Speeding laws are a bad example due to the simple and relatively binary nature. There's a speed limit and you're either over it or you're not. Even then, people can "get out of them" in court.
