Pa has an organization that is registering 18 year olds still in school and not registered. Daughter is doing this in connection with the company she works for...who are very corp driven BUT accept holiday credit hours for ANY COMMUNITY SERVICE. It's kind of fun sticking it to even a "nice" corp.
