Why is it that I'd rather spend a day writing a Bicep template to deploy something -- even something as simple as a VM -- rather than create it in the Azure Portal?
This is true even if the resource will be thrown away.
And no, I can honestly say it ain't because I'm rackin' up the billable hours.
It's because the Azure Portal is so terrible -- constantly changing, never getting better.
