An example of shrinkflation #scam:
In several places I have seen minced beef being sold with added water. In one case it was 6% water + some chemicals to help it hold onto the moisture. In another case the label did not show the exact water content but it was called Bio Beef Product, from which I deduce that there is so much water, that they are not legally allowed to call it meat.
Reading labes is a must. There is no reason minced #beef should contain anything else besides 100% meat.
